Zeh Mizeh brings a broad Satmar commercial world into one room. Exhibitors present businesses in finance, construction, technology, food, retail, professional services, manufacturing, and many other fields, while visitors move between booths, introductions, and working conversations.
The gathering belongs to the Williamsburg-centered Satmar leadership branch and begins from a communal idea expressed in its name: people can strengthen one another's livelihoods by learning what neighbors and fellow community members build, sell, and know. The first expo in 2022 drew more than 300 exhibitors and thousands of participants; later editions continued the annual gathering in Edison, New Jersey.
Its value as a window into Satmar life lies in the ordinary seriousness of the work. Yiddish and English, prayer and networking, small businesses and large firms, local relationships and global customers occupy the same floor without needing to be separated into religious and professional worlds.
